High Pointe Church has Sunday service at 10:45 AM sharp. Each service lasts about 75 minutes. We recommend you arrive a few minutes early so you won't feel rushed.
To The Pointe K.I.D.S. (Kids In Devoted Service) VBS
The children of High Pointe Church in Midway raised $1401.05 at a yard and bake sale. 20% will go to "Blankets for Newborns." The children will purchase fleece material which will be made into blankets for mothers with newborns who are in need.
To The Pointe Children's Ministry will use funds raised from the yard sale for a free, to the community, VBS (Vacation Bible School). The theme for this year's VBS will focus on serving those in need. The caring teachers of High Pointe Church speak in "kid-language" and will guide the children through crafts, fun and games to learn relevant lessons about the importance of helping those in need, whether the need is in far off places and especially to look in their own community.
Each day the children will be taken to a different part of the world, (China - India -Mexico, USA, Heber Valley) and learn about the needs of that country and the famous people who made a big difference. On the last day the children will learn the importance of helping those in need in their own community with a focus on "The Children's Justice Center." Valerie Kelson will come speak to the children as someone who has made a big impact in her community. The children will present funds they raised in support of "The Children's Justice Center."
